$PVCT De-Registers Both $50MM Common Stock Shelf Filings (S3s)

Management de-registered (took down) both of the $50MM common shelf filings -- here and here -- they had registered in June 2010 and July 2011, respectively. The $100MM mixed securities shelf filing the company registered in July 2012 obviated the need for the other two shelfs.
